How can I apply promo codes/Gift cards on COD?
To encourage online payments and mitigate the risk of RTOs, free shipping and discount codes are applicable only on prepaid orders. We appreciate your understanding.
How can I check my order details?
Upon placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with the order summary. Alternatively, you can log in/sign up to your customer account with the contact email used during checkout to access order details, history, and saved addresses.
How can I cancel or amend my order?
For any cancellation or amendments (Size/Colour/Address) to your order write us at support@hellbound.in within 24 hours of your purchase. Post 24 hours, we may not accommodate such requests. Refunds will be in the form of Gift Cards/Store Credits only.

How long will it take before I get my order?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-4 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the order is dispatched, delivery may take 2-3 days for metro cities or longer for remote areas.

How can I track my order/shipment status?
Orders and delivery updates will be communicated via contact email. Visit the order tracking page for real-time order and shipment status.
How can I return or exchange my order?
Log in to our Return and Exchange Portal using your order number and email address to make a return or exchange request. The return/exchange request must be raised with us within 48 hours of order delivery. Additional charges may apply.
