Initiating Requests: Requests for Returns and Exchanges should be submitted through our designated portal within 48 hours of the receipt of your order.

Product Condition Standards: Products must be returned in impeccable, unused condition, devoid of any deterioration, stains, odors, or other factors hindering their resale as new. Additionally, items must be returned in their original packaging, inclusive of labels and any accompanying items.

Handling Defective or Incorrect Products: In the rare event of receiving a defective or incorrect product, we offer the choice to return or exchange it at no additional cost. Refunds in such instances will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit. To process these claims, appropriate proof must be provided.

Customer Discretionary Returns: For returns arising from personal preferences or sizing discrepancies, a nominal return fee of ₹100 or more will be applicable. Refunds in these instances will be provided in the form of a gift card or store credit. Please refer to the size chart carefully while placing the order.

Refund and Exchange Processing: Refunds and exchanges will be initiated subsequent to the reception of the returned item, ensuring adherence to our stipulated return criteria.

Request Approval Authority: All return or exchange requests are subject to meticulous evaluation, and we retain the right to decline requests failing to meet our specified criteria.
